Reserve and collect

Tell us what you need and when suits you to come in. We confirm on WhatsApp whether it will be ready at that time or when it will be, and you collect it at the pharmacy.

Before you reserve, please note

  • This is a reservation, not a purchase: you ask us to prepare a product and you pay for it when you come to collect it.
  • Nothing is paid online. You pay at the counter when you collect, by cash or card.
  • We do not ship anything: collection is always at the pharmacy, on Passeig de Miramar in Salou.
  • We confirm your reservation on WhatsApp within our opening hours. Nothing is reserved until we have confirmed it.
  • Prescription medicines still require a valid prescription, presented in person at the pharmacy when you collect. A photo is not a prescription.

Your reservation

All fields are required except the photo.

Include your country code if it is not a Spanish number. We will confirm your reservation to this number.

At the pharmacy we speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

Product or medicine name, format or quantity. Leave out any health details we do not need to prepare the reservation.

You attach it yourself in the WhatsApp chat or the email once the message opens; this website does not upload or store any file. It only helps us identify the product and does not replace the prescription, which you must present in person.

Slots within our opening hours, over the next 3 days (today included) and at least 2 hours from now.

This website does not keep your data: it only travels inside the message you send.
