Salou and Vila-seca are neighbouring towns, with the PortAventura resort between them, but each has its own duty rota and ours is Salou's. That said, during our regular hours we're a nearby option: we're at Passeig de Miramar 72, on Platja de Ponent, and we speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French, no appointment needed.

If it's within our regular hours, yes: we're the neighbouring town and we speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French. Outside our hours, Vila-seca's duty pharmacy will usually be closer.
The duty pharmacy dispenses exactly as it would in normal hours: medicines that require a prescription still require one, and those that don't are dispensed with pharmacist advice.
